Most of the HR functions including recruitment and selections, efficiency management and training and development have to face a lot of challenges.

HR managers also face difficulties like conflict resolution and employee protection. The way of working with HR issues may vary from one organization to another according to the HR management or the organization guidelines. However, working with HR issues is a continuous process in most companies.

Handling and planning employee efficiency is one of the main objectives of HR management. Handling groups, working shifts, and providing inspiration through rewards and incentives are some actions included. All these aspects are related to each other. It is very difficult to make changes in one area without impacting others. Therefore, HR people face many problems when working with efficiency problems.

Issues also arise when recruiting people to the organization. Finding the most appropriate person to a job vacancy is not easy. HR people should work hard to find people by involving in activities such as attending for job fairs and placing vacancy advertisements. Attracting candidates for a particular job is not so easy. It is necessary to highlight benefits and offers of the job. There is a huge competition among business firms to employ skilled workers. Therefore, HR people should always fight to attract skilled people.

Providing necessary trainings and developing worker skills is another requirement of any company. Any business firm has its own rules and procedures. Adopting their workers to company procedures is a must, and HR department of the firm is responsible to do it. HR people should achieve this objective through proper training sessions and seminars. However, all these training needs must be fulfilled without making any interruption to the company operations.

Also, they should be done according to the costs assigned. HR people experience plenty of complications when doing these tasks.

One worker is different than another one. Their skills, education levels, experiences, attitudes may vary from one to another. Hence, conflicts may arise between different parties in the organization when working together. HRM is solely responsible to solve organization conflicts. Conflict resolution is very difficult and tricky. HR people always try to solve conflicts without affecting badly to any of the parties in the company. Because recruiting a new one and giving him the training is expensive than retaining the existing employee.

HR people experience many problems when working with above things. They are very challenging, and plenty of initiatives need to find appropriate alternatives. However, HR people are always having difficulties to fix these key problems because the achievements of any company are suffering from these problems.
